We are now offering the same great service for all meat excluding poultry

Standard Cut

This includes back straps, ground venison, top round, bottom round, tenderloin, and sirloin tips.

 

Sausage

We have three types of sausage: Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, $4/lb with a 10 pound minimum and breakfast sausage for $5/lb.

Ground

Our ground venison comes with 15% beef or pork fat by weight for an additional $5.

 

Antler Removal

Either whole head ($0), individual antlers($5), or antlers attached to skull cap ($5).

Steaks

All steaks come with as much silver skin removed as possible for your convenience.

 

Hide Caping

Professionally done shoulder mount caping for $30 any sized deer or bear. Full body cape $75 for any deer or bear.
